The SMT factory is located in Zhuhai city, Guangdong Province, with a plant area of 2500m’and 8 SMT production lines. Equipped with new imported Hanwha 471, 481, 482, automatic solder paste printers, ten-temperature zone reflow soldering, wave soldering, and other high-tech equipment. Besides, factories also have advanced. AOI, X-RAY, SPI, intelligent first article tester, BGA rework station, etc. Factories develop the newest technology and invest in the best equipment to improve our production ability and focus on R&D, prototyping, small batch SMT assembly, and other services.

PCBA Production Process
Preparation
1. The material clerk prepares materials according to the production plan and BOM;
2. The moisture-sensitive components are baked according to the SMT PCB/material baking operation specifications;
3. The solder paste/red glue is thawed and warmed up
Silkscreen
1. Clean the steel mesh according to SOP requirements;
2. Add solder paste according to SOP requirements;
3. Check the PCB board after printing to ensure there is no missing printing and printing deviation
4. Handle the defective silk screen products in time (Job content: operate the machine correctly according to the operating instructions)
SMT
1. The operator works according to the SMT machine operation instructions;
2. The SMT coordinates are not offset;
3. There is no wrong material in the SMT machine position;
4. Check the position and materials when changing materials;
5. Monitor the SMT machine throwing materials.”
Visual inspection before furnace
1. Check if there is any missing red glue or solder paste on the components;
2. Check if there is any deviation, missing or missing components;
3. Realign the deviation and missing components and complete the missing components;
4. Hand-paste the bulk materials
First Article Inspection of Paperboard
1. After the production/engineering check is OK, send it to the quality department for the first piece inspection of the adhesive tape board.
2. The quality IPQC checks the first piece, checks the direction of the components according to the BOM, checks whether there is less material, more material, and precision inspection.
3. Check whether the relevant ECN is implemented.
4. Confirm whether the special precautions related to production are implemented.
Reflow
1. Test the reflow oven temperature in each shift;
2. The oven temperature is set according to the reflow oven operating instructions.
X-R inspection
Follow the X-Ray operation instructions to inspect the product screen printing and welding conditions

Visual inspection after furnace
1. Check whether the components are welded normally and whether the solder joints are normal;
2. Check whether the components are offset, missing, reverse, multiple, or standing;
3. Check whether the components have false soldering, insufficient tin, continuous tin, empty soldering, or collision;
4. Check whether the PCB has blistering, scratches, and other defects.
5. The barcode cannot be missed and the position is correct.
Appearance defect repair
1. Repair the defective boards detected by QC;
2. Perform simple analysis, record and count the production of defective products.
QA Spot Check
Sampling is carried out according to the MIL-STD-105E sampling standard:
1. Check whether the components have missing red glue or solder paste;
2. Check whether the components are offset, missing or standing;
3. Check whether the components have false soldering, insufficient solder, empty soldering, or collision;
4. Check whether the PCB has blistering, scratches or other defects
Packaging
Pack the products according to the packaging operation instructions:
1. By default, bubble cotton is used for packaging, and 10pcs is a bundle.
2. Put the bundled boards into the packaging box and fill in the “Product Label Card”
3. Send the packaged products to QA for spot inspection. After QA PASS, seal the box and affix “tear invalid” and then stamp it for storage.
